“Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.”—Rom 4:20-21
“Have you ever met a woman who inspires you to love? Until your every sense is filled with her… you inhale her… you taste her… you see your unborn children in her eyes and know that your heart has at last found a home. Your life begins with her, and without her, it must surely end.”—Don Juan de Marco
Being a virgin is the best gift you can give to your future husband. Try to save it for the man who’ll be with you for life. You don’t need to rush, it will happen. And when it does, you will be the happiest woman in the world, feeling loved, cherished, and complete.
“If pain must come, may it come quickly. Because I have a life to live, and I need to live it in the best possible. If he has to make a choice, may he make it now. Then I will either wait for him or forget him. Waiting is painful. Forgetting is painful. but not knowing which to do is the worst kind of suffering.”—Paolo Coehlo
Yet if you devote your heart to him and stretch out your hands to him, if you put away the sin that is in your hand and allow no evil to dwell in your tent, then you will lift up your face without shame; you will stand firm and without fear. You will surely forget your trouble, recalling it only as waters gone by. Life will be brighter than noonday, and darkness will become like morning. You will be secure, because there is hope; you will look about you and take your rest in safety. You will lie down, with no one to make you afraid, and many will court your favor.
“Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his unlimited patience as an example for those who would believe on him and receive eternal life.”—My life story, but it actually comes from 1 Timothy 1:15-16
“Marriage is like building a house with no fire exit. You better put out the fires (temptations) before they even start.”—Tata, my maternal grandfather, Felix Q. Antonio (Supreme Court Justice, Solicitor General 1970-1972)
“Just by guarding your heart and waiting for a Christlike Warrior Poet, you can challenge men to a higher standard without needing to say a word. When a guy realizes that you are holding out for a Christlike gentleman, it may be the motivation he needs to evaluate his own version of masculinity.”—Leslie Ludy, Authentic Beauty.
So, lately I’ve been really busy with so many things in my life. It’s because of the many things that God has been placing in my hands. :)
Anyways.. just last friday we had our youth service entitled “IKAW NA!” Here’s the poster.
It’s geared to show how we, the youth, can know more of ourselves and our purpose in our circles of influence, in our country, and in our world.
Anyways, we have so many fun activities and gimiks for this series and one of them is a collection of photos to showcase the people note worthy of the tag line “IKAW NA!” It’s located before the assembly hall, so everyone has the chance to look at it. When I went to look for it, this is what I saw..
HAHAHAHAHA! It’s such an honor to be featured in these collage of pictures! :) hahaha. Ako na, ako na ang blooming talaga.
Oh, I’m blooming and it’s all because of the great love I have in my heart. Need Isay more? :) Love can transform lives! Just a glimpse of love can turn frowns into smiles, hatred into compassion, indifference to care. It has the power to change everything. :)
Anyways, that’s it for today! :) If you want someone to talk to, you can talk to me here. Or call me! :) Message me here and I’ll give my number to yah :)
