  • Pride.

This is a silent killer of one’s character and of people’s relationships.

♦ In a heated argument, what makes you go on justifying yourself? PRIDE.

♦ When you’re in fault, what makes it hard to ask for forgiveness? PRIDE.

♦ When others are in fault, what makes it hard to for you to let go and forgive? PRIDE.

In my heart, I have resolved that the relationships I have with my family and friends are more important than pride. For what gain will I have if I keep my pride intact, yet my relationships in chaos? That’s why,

    • I will be the first one to say sorry.
    • I will forgive easily.
    • I will not PRIDE ruin my life.

“For God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble” James 4:6

Are you experiencing the same situation like me? Then talk to me here.

  • Stop hurting yourself.

Why do you continue to invite punishment?
          Must you rebel forever?
       Your head is injured,
          and your heart is sick.
You are battered from head to foot—
covered with bruises, welts, and infected wounds—
without any soothing ointments or bandages.

    Isaiah 1:5-6

I was quickened to realize what was happening around me. There are so many people who are hurt and helpless with their situations. It is causing them to lose hope and give up on this life. Yet despite all these, they still choose to rebel to God.

Why must you rebel and ignore God? He knows that you are hurting and that you need someone who will heal you from all the pain! I am here to tell you that you can stop living in this cycle of pain and hating! God is willing to forgive you and make you brand new.

     “Come now, let’s settle this,”
          says the Lord.
“Though your sins are like scarlet,
I will make them as white as snow.
Though they are red like crimson,
I will make them as white as wool.
If you will only obey me,
you will have plenty to eat.

    Isaiah 1:18-19

The very first thing he says is.. Come. He wants you to come to Him and talk to Him. He is able to free you from the hopeless situations you are in right now. Freedom and peace is in His arms, and He is ready to lavish it unto us his children.

Go ahead, talk to Him. :)

If you need someone to talk to about this, or the situaion you are facing in right now, talk to me here.

  • I know people would call me crazy.

Especially when I tell them that I can’t help but smile whenever I hear the name of Jesus. I just have to close my eyes and stop whatever I’m doing. It cannot be helped.

His name, it brings power to my decaying body. His sweet name, it gives me hope that tomorrow will be all right for He is with me. That whatever happens, He will never leave me nor forsake me. With just His name, all my fears are gone. Oh, how powerful is your name, Jesus!

The same name who gave me peace, is the same name that ransomed me from the punishment of death! Imagine, I was supposed to go to hell FOREVER, but now I am free and I can live with His presence living in me!

Call me crazy, it’s okay! :) Crazy as seen by many, but within me I know I am changed forever because of Him! I have peace, I have joy, and I have a relationship with Jesus. The best thing about it is that no one could ever take this away from me! Haha!!

I am forever in awe and reverence of Jesus! :) Ayayayayaya! :)

  • Attraction to beauty & arousal isn’t a sin.

It just means you’re alive. Arousal is an uncontrollable physiological response. But what you do with it IS 100% within your control. Switch your focus immediately.

Lust is wanting what is not rightfully yours, like the intimacy of someone who was not meant for you. That’s why we need to live in the spirit to battle this hard war on sin. For it is written,

Live by the Spirit & you will not DO the desires of your sinful nature. -Galalatians 5:16

You can do it, my brother and sisters! :)

If you need any help in this area, or you just need someone to talk to, message me here. :)

  • Self-centered anger.

A good deal of human anger springs from selfishness. A man may get angry with his father for not including him in the business; with his wife for not serving the dinner he expected; with his daughter for telephoning in at midnight for a ride home from a party; or with his son for not weeding the garden when he wanted it done.

Self-centered anger isn’t what Jesus expressed.  He didn’t get angry when someone snubbed Him, but he did when someone cast a slur on His Father or treated others unjustly.  He wasn’t ticked at the moneychangers for offending Him but for desecrating His Father’s house and disrupting the worship of His people.  Jesus never got angry at the wrongs done to Him—including the ultimate wrong—His crucifixion.  Instead, He forgave

We all struggle with self-centered anger.  And when we compare ourselves to Jesus, we must learn to call this type of anger what it is: sin. Ask God for forgiveness. :)
